"I was looking for a place for our work Christmas party, my sister suggested Palermo's. It was my first time there, I was not disappointed. It turned out wonderfully. From Paul who I first spoke with to Becky (in charge of parties) the waitresses, everyone was spectacular. Since we were a bigger party, they set up a buffet style table with pizzas, pasta, salad wings. All the food was amazing! Great wings, the pasta was wonderful with a very tasty meat sauce, pizzas were really cheesy good. They opened up both rooms for us to give us plenty of space, were extremely accommodating. They made sure we were very comfortable taken care of. Whether dining on your own, or having a party, I wod highly recommend Palermo's in Merrillville."

"The jalapeño pretzels were good. Service was great. Comfortable atmosphere. We had the Chicago 7 pan pizza, large. It comes with 8 slices and has a variety of ingredients. We did a half and half my wife did chicken instead of pork on her side. Thecrust has a nice crunch on outside and soft on inside nice and buttery. Could have been a little more sauce. Pizza was good butLuke warm. It didn't take long like the 45+ mins we are use to. Was served pretty quick imo. Idk if I'd go back. This was ourfirst time and I was a tiny bit disappointed. Hopefully if I do go back the pizza is ???? I think that would make all thedifference.. either way I'd say try em out. Definitely not bad. And great service."
