"We got a veggie pizza with half pepperoni. The veggies were not fresh. The onions actually tasted bad. The pepperoni looked and tasted like lunchables. The pizza was so soggy that we couldn't lift up a slice."

"Large dining room for dinner. Also a large dining area on the counter if you want to order a slice or a sandwich without having waiter service. I had two slices of pizza that were very good. In my experience, most pizza is boiled, so when you fold over a piece, the front end flops down. This pizza remained solid when folded. My wife had a chicken parm hero she said was excellent."

"Luigi’s is a wonderful neighbourhood restaurant. Food is always delicious. I had brick chicken piccata. It is my favourite. Hubby enjoyed his seafood pasta dish. The service staff is engaging and works hard. My only ‘beef’ is their reservation system. The restaurant takes more reservations than they can cover. There is ALWAYS a wait even with a reservation. It can be anywhere between 20min to 50 min. It is a real turn-off."

"Dining here was a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. Food quality is mediocre and overpriced. Our waitress did not even meet the minimum requirements for service as she allowed dirty plates to be left stacked on the table, didn?t refill water/ beverages, and didn?t check up on us when the food arrived. Instead she was seated at a nearby table on her phone. Not only was she lazy and inattentive, she was also not accommodating. When I had questions about the food I was told to ?read the menu? and that she ?could not change the menu?. Once the food arrived, I could barely take one bite out of the pizza because the prosciutto tasted stale/ old and the truffle oil was not quality. At such a high price point I refused to let it slide and asked for the manager. I kindly explained that the pizza did not taste fresh and she replied with ?it?s probably something you?re not used to? and said it was not coming off the bill. After respectfully asking if we could replace it she proceeded to roll her eyes and stormed off. She sat at a nearby table with our waitress and other staff members and loudly complained about us. They sat there laughing and exchanging looks. How does one eat comfortably after an experience like that? The lack of professionalism in this establishment is baffling. At $50+ per person the food quality and service is unacceptable. The staff needs proper training and the ?manager? is incompetent. Will not be back."

"3/4 of what we ordered is thrown out. "Giant Bavarian Pretzel"? is 4 sticks that would not match a frozen supermarket Brezel. The fried ravioli is burned with so little filling that if you could all have opened it?t make a tablespoon. The frits are clearly not properly burned, simply chopped and fried like a badly trained house cook and the cheese steak, is literally about 3 pieces ?steak around? on a bunk that dwarfs the meat. 4.6 stars?! On which planet?! You have to hide someone who knows how to cook. This is more like eating made by a dude munchies with his friend in 3am, not a professional restaurant."
