"This is a great place to eat. The foods are flavorful. The atmosphere and servers are great. They would have gotten all 5 stars only the last few times it seems that yhe food servers (not the waiters) cater to the larger party's. So the 2,3 and 4 tabled guest get skipped over when serving meat. We had to request more then they came around when it should have just been done. We also found out selfs gesturing for the food to come our way and also got told they will be right there as they walked to the bigger party's then didn't have the meat to serve or had to come back."

"Went to this location at 1:15 , there was no wait to get a table. 3 of us all ordered wings, and it took over an hour and a half to get them. 1 of the members in our party ordered a red bull, our waitress Bridget took 15 minutes to bring it to the table. Mind you this wasn’t a busy day at all, my water was empty, I asked 2 times if I could please get a refill and nothing. She never came back with a water. Our wings finally showed up. I kid you not, they were cold down to the bone and the sauce on top was stiff from sitting wherever they were. When the wings were dropped off, I believe by the manager, she kind of just slide them on the table and almost dropped the whole tray on my lap, I had to catch it because she was being so careless. I’ve never wrote a review to any food establishment ever but I cannot explain how bad this service was. We then asked for blue cheese, and never got it. We all only ate maybe 2 or 3 wings and the fries because we were starving , asked for the check and asked if there was any type of compensation for such a bad experience and cold un appetizing wings. The manager told brigette that the best thing she could do was charge for a 6 peace wing which was only $2 less then the original price of the wings. The whole experience was a joke. I should have known when I watched 2 other tables walk out, but I’m not a complainer . I know it gets busy and most likely understaffed but it’s the way our waitress and the manager of this establishment acted. The manager couldn’t even be a manager and come address the situation themselves, they had the waitress do it. Just stay away from this location guys. Sorry for the rant , I am just in shock that I received this service today"
