"I 'm never coming back to this location. The Naglee one is 100% better. The older lady was so rude when calling my name out I went up to get it and she just threw it on the counter and said I don 't know and walked away. I ordered a large sandwich which is extra meat extra cheese. My bf also ordered the same thing but a different employee made his sandwich. Not only was the lady who made my sandwich rude AF she skimped on the meat cheese. Really disappointed in the quality of the meat bread as well, my sandwich was disgustingly dry. I will definitely not be coming back."

"Pizza Salad were astronomically delicious. Beyond fantastic! The drawback here is the servers go through the next motion instead of investing in/listening to the customers. There is ample space to sit and eat; however, the a/c was cranked superhigh making it very uncomfortable to stay inside. Also, there is absolutely NO atmosphere here. NO music was playing. Wewent twice to MOD Pizza. Pizza salad were extremely wonderful very tasty on the first visit on the second visit they ranout of ingredients so it wasn 't as good but still flavorful. Staff was the same non engaging. We opted to eat at ourhotel. Will we go back? Yes! The pizza salad out weigh the lack of everything else."

"Soooo delicious. The Lee’s Iced Coffee hits the energy spot, not a light drink has some richness. The 57. Turkey, Avocado, Mozzarella had amazing flavor with fresh ingredients the roll is fresh/soft (not hard to bite into) and crunchy, eat over a napkin WoW !!"

"A great disappointment! eating was ok and the music was also good, which really shocked the resistance of the bad service by most of their server. the first waitress was rude and did not care for our order at all. the type that served our food was also uninterested and the girl that served us later was also not helpful. they closed the heating, although we still sat and eat. I understand that there are busy nights, but if they don't care about a table at all, they don't let them in, first place. we called to confirm and reserve the place, and if this is their service level, I would say as a customer I am appalled."

"The food is good, but service is the worst out of any place I’ve been to and here is why: you walk in a no one at the register and I have to stand there for 5 10 minutes for someone to show up. Food availability is not consistent regardless to time or day. 90% of the time they have nothing to offer. If I ask for a sandwich or something, I’ll always get the answer “but we will have to make it for you”. I thought that’s how any food place would operate. It takes forever to prepare something and sometimes they would get the wrong order. staff is not experienced and I had to pay for things I didn’t purchase multiple times.Again, love the food and love to support a Palestinian cafe, but I don’t know if I’m missing the concept of this spot or something. They don’t seem to care about walkins and maybe catering is their main thing? I hope they can fix their service."

"First time here. Knew about this place but hadn't had a chance to try it. Came here on a weekday and it didn't seem to busy but seemed like they had a lot of pick up orders. I placed my order online and it said 15 minute on my confirmation page. But definitely took way longer than that so that was sort of disappointing. Ordered the family meal deal and got the following: California Bae personally I was not a fan of the feta cheese on this one. Wouldn't get again. Honolulu Bang Bang out of what we ordered, this was my favorite Houston Honcho this wasn't bad if you like a lot of meat and bbq sauce but I am not a big fan of bbq sauce so I would pass Kyoto Fire this one was good too but I only took a bite since my spicy tolerance is not high. But I don't think it was that spicy. Big mozzarella with marinera I wouldn't get the mozzarella again. Plus no marinera was provided. I guess they forgot? Big mozzarella with Korean style I didn't know way Korean style was but seems like it's just ketchup and mustard. Nothing special. Garlic Fries this was overall okay. At least I can taste the garlic and parmesan. Seasoned Fries there was barely any seasoning so not sure what the season was. Wouldn't get again. Garlic Parmesan noodles wasn't bad but probably wouldn't order again. And added on 2pc Umai corn dog Koran style I wish they didn't pre sauce it since I took it home to eat and the sauce definitely made it sort of soggy. I'm sure the experience would be a little different eating it there but my overall experience was just okay. They thing said, they do have a wide range of selection for the hot dogs and I would go back to give some of the other flavors a try."
