"We went for some Italian food at Da Franco. Looking at what the other guests where having, we decided to go for a pizza. Pizza's are available in 2 sizes and the smallest is already 5 cm larger than your normal pizza plate that it...is served on. The crust is lovely and thin and toppings are plenty without becoming to thick. I had the large pizza and finished it without having the feeling that I had eaten too much. Pastas looked delicious as well but I did not try them. The next evening we ate across the alley and noticed that all tables were full at Da Franco. I think that means a lot when locals go there...."

"This is a new place that promises a lot. The menu is a mix of Mediterranean and German dishes - they have Italian antipasti, and several types of schnitzels, for example. The focus seems to be on meat, especially pork, but I had their Lamb Filet Navara just out of curiosity and it was a pleasant surprise. My little boy had an asparagus soup from their seasonal menu and my husband was happy with a steak. A good dining experience. We plan to return when they open the beer garden - rather a small street side terrace but tastefully set up in front of the restaurant, decorated with seasonal flowers and large umbrellas for shade."

"Danach nehmen Sie sich besser nichts mehr vor, denn der Besuch hier ist schon ein abendfüllendes Programm für sich :-)Hier hat jemand das Beste komponiert, was kulinarisch wichtig ist: große Auswahl, viel Platz, liebe Freunde und gute Gespräche, ein warmes Buffet inkl. Salatbuffet sowie quasi Nonstop-Am-Platz-Grillgut vom Spieß; was ein Konzept - und das für unter 30 Euro pro Person. Grandios, Gauchos! Die Speisen (und nicht zuletzt auch die acht frisch zubereitete Fleischsorten) sind durch die Bank gut zubereitet, der Nachschub reißt nicht ab und wenn nach ein paar Stunden dann scheinbar gar nichts mehr geht, geht die super saftig gegrillte Ananas trotzdem. Wahnsinn. Definitiv nichts für die Veggi-Fraktion (wozu hat der Mensch schließlich Zähne ;-) )"
