"Went for lunch. Wife & daughter in law ordered lasagne with salad & chips, grandkids chicken nuggets & chips - fortunately I didn't fancy anything on the menu. Lasagne looked like home brand frozen, microwaved & chips looked awful. One taste & both females said it was frozen lasagne and grandkids even refused to eat theirs. The staff were standing around looking disinterested as the place was almost empty (now we know why). Saw a chicken Parma come out & it looked like a $2 one from Coles with something on top - don't know what. Only giving a rating of one because can't give zero. Never again."
