"This place has two ordering lanes in the drive thru but more often than not one is sealed off, and given the fact that the ordertaking is not overly speedy you can end up waiting in line more than you'd like. Unfortunately the incompetence runs into the actual serving as well as you should check your bag carefully before you pull away. In the last two times I've gone through there they've shorted me an item. Once can happen and should be forgiven as we're all humans but when they short you twice in a row that indicates that the management is asleep at the switch. You're far better off to go inside where you'll find a small but nice restaurant setting with some good sized flatscreen TVs to enjoy with your food."

"This A and W is right off the Trans Canada Highway, just as you head east out of Kamloops. The staff are very friendly. Not overly busy, so service was quick. They were able to accommodate a request for the sausage in an egg muffin to be well done. Seats about 90 people. Clean and fresh. Washrooms OK."
