"The chef was very gluten-free. he took me to the breakfast and dinner around the buffet and talked me through what was 100% safe. he was not overly happy about my missing options for breakfast, so cooked some separate dishes and also gluten-free bread and muffins for me to breakfast. due to the buffet style of food there is a risk of cross-contamination, but cook will cook them a special meal on request. there a few times without problems."

"It is a very beautiful place and you must visit this place for authentic South Indian food especially Coastal cuisine. The ambience is awesome and their service is prompt, without being intrusive. Multiple vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available, though we settled for veg dishes. The staff helped us in making our choices and we found the preparations were excellent!"

"My son has celiac and we stayed for about 6 weeks in Bangalore over the summer. Based on the previous post, we were able to communicate with Chef Shravan who is absolutely amazing. We were able to have several safe gluten free meals. Chef Shravan is extremely knowledgeable and we were very comfortable. He knows about allergens and cross contamination. My son enjoyed the food and had no reactions at all. Absolutely delicious food."
