"Worst meal I've had here in a while, waited 2 plus hrs for 2 burgers and fries. Had to get my drink replaced twice because it tasted like vinegar. The burgers were cold and hard and the fries were limp and stone cold. Ended up chucking the whole meal and drink away. What a waste of £10 odd. "Visited as passing by and had a really nice hot chocolate and a muffin. Lovely friendly staff and nice and warm inside Great service Only one criticism is that some of the comfy white chairs by the window are very badly worn and need replacing. Not the managers or staffs fault as this is a franchise and the owner needs to replace. Staff always smiling Will go back"
