"Very friendly staff who were welcome as they could not have more maple syrup pancakes for an early piece grounded than the service team?! no sirup. no cutlery. to the luck the box had the pancakes to at least see. all other items ordered were good, and as above, the floor staff was very helpful in sorting this out. can not argue with this franchise, convenient location and nice n clean."

"Had a willow burger. was not expecting much for a £10. but it was fantastic. double stack two rashes of bacon, dill and tomato and cheese, onion rings and a basket of chips. really good quality."

"I used to go here a lot before the new owners took over. The coffee was hot and wet, but that was about it. Would be fine if you like your coffee very weak, which I do not. The cafe was so loud that I had to keep repeating my order. I couldn't stay in to eat/drink. The staff were not welcoming, which may be because of the noise/general work conditions. I won't be returning."

"I visited here for breakfast on the way up to Great Yarmouth with my husband. We have both been before. We did not go in to the restaurant and used the Drive-Thru. We did not have to queue very long at all. Our order was taken and although it took three repeats for the girl to put the order in correctly, the food we got was correct when it came. The car park isn't massive and the bays are oddly laid out, meaning a lot of people park over the lines and make it even harder to find a space. We were there early there so didn't struggle to find one. I normally like the coffee from McDonald's, but this one wasn't great. It was a latte and was way too strong and bitter for a latte (in my opinion) and didn't taste like they normally do. The bacon roll has changed shape so is now smaller, but it tasted exactly the same as it always has and very nice. I'd like the bacon crispier but that is personal taste and you couldn't make it to suit everyone. McDonald's hash browns are my favourite hash browns from anywhere. This one was hot and very nice. The sausage muffin thing was okay. I don't really like them but it was my husband's order and he enjoyed it. The restaurant is in a great position between Norwich and the coast and is always very busy,. It's not gourmet food. It's good value. As long as my McDonald's meal is hot and I'm not waiting half an hour for it, I'm happy. We would go again if we want a quick bite."
