"Personally I’m not a great fan of Starbucks! I don’t usually go to Starbucks it’s only when Costa’s or Caffè Nero is not open that’s the time I enter Starbucks and that’s only during odd hours. I always get the same drink nd that’s Americano. Now here is the thing when you go to certain Starbucks locations their staff is really rude and filled with too much attitude that the reason now I just go to this and if I am not in this area It seems as though Starbucks are forgetting that customer service and respect is the basis of any business. The locations are now making bad cups of coffee, being disrespectful to customers, and if you complain they have a nerve to want to argue with you. The managers are just as unprofessional as the baristas so if I need coffee then I would rather have some cold water cause some of their staff really makes me upset. I can understand where they are coming from. But overall At this particular store the customer service is also great. Will make the coffee as you wish. Even willing to help you decide what you want or try come close. The baristas are nice. The place is clean. The food is okay. Pastries are Great. So I think that if you have not gone to Starbucks before you should definitely try!!!!!!"

"Awful dispointing.. Ordered 2 coffees 2 toasties, received the coffees but no sandwiches. 13 minutes later I went reminded server of such his reply was I had not ordered them. I queried why then did 2coffees cost me £9.15? Then he pulled the print out with only 1sandwich ordered to which I hadn’t received! As our coffees were finished I asked for a refund back on to my card but was advised could not do this as does not have the facilities to do refunds could only give me cash. The place was very cold uninviting but also quite expensive too. Certainly would not be going back."

"A small but nice Starbucks shop in the Surrey Quays shopping center at ground floor. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. They have a variety of hot and cold beverages. They also keep lots of snacking options like chips , muffins , cupcakes , cookies , croissants , sandwiches , juices , chocolates, etc. They also sell Starbucks merchandise there. Being a small shop, it is generally crowded with fully occupied seating area and expect a queue for orders too. They also do takeaways. The service is quick."

"Ridiculous service. Three staff were making a drink while queue was building up to the door. No service standards! All the staff looks like they were in prison and working forcefully against their will. Then if I write about the product it was another disappointment. Firstly my (flat white oat, hot chocolate with cream) was made twice due to mistake secondly when it came right, the coffee froth was nothing but bubbles. To be honest I just had oat flavoured air today with some burnt coffee underneath."

"Had frequently cycled past on our way to Richmond Park, it's too soon for a coffee stop, until today. We'd cycled around 30 miles up down the hills of Richmond Park, on our way to completing the Festive 500, and needed a break. Could do with some bike parking nearby, but the coffees and cakes were much appreciated on a cool Boxing Day lunchtime."

"A nice cafe located in the middle of Northala Hills. It is quite small inside but there are also seats outside so you can enjoy the view. The food is cooked fresh and it’s delicious. Would recommend to a friend. However the staff are rude and look like they don’t want to be there. I know it’s hard working in customer service but if customers are nice you should always be nice back they are also bit pricey."
