"I would have like a muffin here to go with my coffee but the complete abscence of labels or identification on which muffins were on display made this difficult. I asked what flavours were available and was answered with “Gluten Free” Coffee only then I guess!"

"Called in here for some refreshments after a long journey, the place was pretty empty but 6 or 7 tables were uncleared and the staff were chatting behind the counter. They could only take cash no cards (system down, coffee and tea were fine but...our toasties were pretty terrible, tough as old boots. Price wise, a definite over priced for poor quality. The toilets looked clean but they stank and not of roses unfortunately. Give it a miss!!"

"The breakfast is in order and favorable. However, has someone of waitrose busy to monitor their restaurant standards ever taste the coffee? it's terrible. we have tried every guess in the hope to put on something drinkable and abandoned. the theme...of coffee causes some pleasure among our friends who also buy there. we can buy their beans, bring them home and make a delicious cup in minutes, but the beacon they serve is hidden. how hard can it be? Waitrose! Wake up and smell the coffee!"
