"Two friends and I arrived at 1230hrs. We stood near the main door and waited until a table was available. Two minutes and we were taken inside to a table. It took several minutes before we discovered the ordering procedure. On a large board we saw special menus which included four choices of Sunday lunch on any day. We decided what we wanted for a drink and a meal. One person volunteered to go to the main desk near the large cake stall. Drinks and lunch meals were ordered and paid for. The volunteer carried the drinks to our table. After a reasonable wait the warm lunch dishes were brought to our table. I ordered a gammon Sunday lunch with raost and boiled potatoes and vegetables. A large bowl of extra vegetables also arrived. The small slices of gammon formed a heap 10cm diameter and 2.5 cm high. I rarely leave any food on my plate but I had difficulty eating the heap of food. It was delicious. When I saw the huge ice creams delivered to children I realsed I could not deal with a dessert. You cannot book a table so be prepared to stand outside the main door. Waiters frequently check if a table is available and if so invite you inside. I noticed empty tables were soon sprayed and cleaned. The two toilet are unisex. You can also use an outdoor table if you wish."

"I could literally eat here every day. brand makes big burger and its sandwiches are the best iw’e had anywhere on the planet! there is more and more to choose from. everything is a good size and the prices are really good. could not recommend the happiest sandwich shop higher!"

"This is easily the worst McDonald’s outlet in the country. Persistently long wait times whether you order via app and collect, drive through, UberEats or in restaurant. They are incapable of following a simple order and consistently miss off items. Food is cold, especially Fries. Staff don’t care either. Half apologetic, half knowing they work in the worst McDonald’s going. Poor, shambolic. The only good thing is the location but worth the extra miles to go to Washington or the MetroCentre branches. Seriously, avoid at all costs, unless you like cold food, bad service and half your order."

"The special steak strips in peppermint sauce tried to eat as much as I could, as I didn't hate a lobster food waste. managed less than half. was asked when they came to clear plates when everything was in order. I had to speak said I couldn't eat it because it was far too much pfeffer in the sose was not tasting the rest of my meal, not sure why I even said something as the answer that I got was aww when at the theke to pay was asked by another when everything in order again said, much pfeffer in the sosse that on baptbs did not even visit one once."

"For a quick cup coffee and a cup tee. I also have a piece shortbread. tee was beautiful and the coffee tasted great. the service was before place and the place was relaxed and clean. would go back."

"It’s a nice costa only problem is the accessible toilet isn’t very accessible to this in a wheelchair it’s hard to reach the flush on the loo and if you’re in a chair you are unable to reach both locks at the same time as it’s has one of the PIN codes on the outside so I got stuck and had to ring the friend I was with to get someone to open the door for me which was rather embarrassing"
