"Waited up front for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement of any kind!! The girls were huddled up by the window laughing and gossiping about another employee. I tried getting their attention but they rolled their eyes and kept on with their drama!! I asked the girl what do I have to do for service and she told me in a snotty voice,well were busy!! No you were not. Yall were gossiping and gossiping about your coworker!! This is what you offer for customer service! Screw it. I went to McDonald's for their iced coffee and got better service!"
