"Flour Craft is a delight! Everything is gluten free and it is just a given, no big deal. I love that. We tried the chocolate chip banana bread, the raspberry almond scone and the blueberry lemon scone. All were moist, delicious and not overly sweet. Perfect. The large latte coffee actually has 4 shots, not just lots of milk. The green tea was wonderful. The staff were warm and professional. We sat outside in the sunshine to enjoy our treat. Our new favorite spot!"

"Unfortunately, after 6 months of almost daily going and having positive experiences, I've had an unforgivable experience today with the owner. He was not wearing a mask and due to the mandate and a very contagious omicron variant that may not be that resistant against the vaccines, I politely asked him to wear one when he makes my drink. (geez, you could just take it off when I leave! I've never made a such a request. He had tantrum, saying he's over it, it's like the flu, shared he's vaccinated and boosted. He stormed to his car to get the mask, came back in clearly angry, and asked if I am vaccinated. Then added, he doesn't need to see proof. He made my drink and threw down the lid. I understand his frustration but he's a business owner and needs to show more respect for the comfort of his customers. One of his workers told me a customer always asked him to wear a mask while making his drink, when there was no mask mandate. He just did it. He should take a lesson from his workers. What a baby! He really should have been gracious and professional about it. Rude, immature and disrespectful behavior! I'll go across the street for my coffee to the Equator. Too bad the owner sucks Sol, Ethan, Violet and Jill are great!"

"This bakery is... a little maddening. They seem like they never quite have their A game. Always out of something, even first thing in the AM. Some of their baked goods are over-the-top great, but you may never see them again in ensuing visits. Obviously lots of challenges for all businesses these days, but this bakery seems more like a hobby than an actual business. Definitely has the food to become 5 stars when/if they get their act together."
