"I ordered hot food and coffee, and the young untrained server bagged the food and and informed me it was cold. I asked if he could reheat it, and he said they 're not allowed to. OK, if those are the rules, I can accept that. I declined the now cold food as it was not what I had ordered, and he said so just the coffee then? I said I didn 't particularly want the coffee now, given that I had ordered hot food and coffee, and the hot food was unavailable. His colleague plonked a cup of coffee on the counter and said abruptly that 's £1.80 . There was no indication of when the hot food would be replenished, no acknowledgement that my order was incomplete and therefore unwanted. And most importantly no courtesy. The two staff gave the impression they don 't like dealing with customers, and with that attitude maybe they won 't have to much longer."

"My son I stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable room and the breakfasts were delicious. I do not like a plate heaped with food at breakfast and the portions were just right. Will definitely return."
