"Went on two occasions. Food and coffee good. However, staff were very poor. One was doing her hair in the main area of the cafe on our first visit. On the second visit, there was a communication breakdown over an Americano! I had asked for the milk to be on the side. However, the milk was added and I refused it . The assistant was very annoyed and showed it. Another assistant coughed into her hand and wasn’t seen to wash their hands. On both visits, the staff (mainly very young), we’re not very friendly and clearly did not want to be there. It was a shame that Customer service was not a feature!"
