"I came her on Sunday around 12:30 PM when my hunger got the best of me during my participation in the Seattle Pride Parade (happening a block over on 4th). As a Celiac, I was thrilled to learn that they offer gluten-free muffins (house-made), GF bread for sandwiches, and other GF options. I bought the blueberry muffin pack of 3, and my friends got the GF turkey sandwich with avocado, lettuce, and pickled onions. My friends are not GF but kindly got the GF sandwich option so we could all swap bites. The ingredients were fresh and yummy. We all agreed that both the muffin and the sandwich were absolutely delicious and that we couldn't tell they were GF! The staff was also very friendly and kind, and the food was prepared and delivered very quickly. We were impressed! I will definitely be returning to try the many different GF offerings!"

"I travel to Seattle about every 6 months, just because. And every time, I research where I'm going to eat. I had been looking forward to the quiche, and lightly sweet hot chocolate (love the hot chocolate, just usually way too sweet). Neither disappointed. The staff very gracious, service quick. Reason for a 4, cushions are very warn, tables hadn't been wiped down, and I was looking forward to my hot drink in a ceramic cup. I think I may have ordered a size that didn't come in a mug, just guessing. Other than that, a wonderful spot to sit, jazz music playing in the background, and a perfect view of Seattle rain"

"Sugar palmier was very nice. It was good to see a couple of vegan options would be great if they could add a few more please! They had two types of palmier, breads and a few sandwiches. Updated from previous review on 2022 04 14"

"This place is absolutely amazing. We stopped by here while at Pike's Place Market and had a lot of fun. The staff is extremely sweet and work so hard especially till close. Plus they have so many flavors!!! I ended up getting one of the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and it was divine. One cookie will set you back about $6 bucks. But it's so worth it! They're as big as your head and easily enough to share.IG: @QueenOfAdventureNYC"

"Solstice is a lot of people's favorite for a reason: good vibes. Solstice perfectly captures Seattle's weird and funky vibe in a charming way; Interior is an incredible combination of wood and industrial. It has a high-ish roof with skylights (a rarity in Seattle buildings and makes it less of a cave), which makes the interior lighting a perfect mix of cave-like security and connection to the outside world. Funky art on the wall. Their background mix will introduce you to funky alt songs that make you wonder how you've never heard of them before. More than most other cafe's it attracts a variety of interesting characters that are just interesting to observe when you're taking a 20-20-20 or a 5-10 minute break. Whereas other Cafes just offer a good environment for working or studying, Solstice is confident to do it with personality, which makes it much more of a living breathing animal you have the honor of meeting. Solstice is a one of a kind place with great vibes. My only gripe is that it could use more urban greenery."

"Been twice now and unfortunately won’t be back. Food was average at best and took a long time to arrive…and when it did it was lukewarm (with the restaurant essentially empty). Food reminded me of a self-serve breakfast in a hotel lobby…"

"Had the Pris Fixe dinner for two. Started with 1 doz. Oysters, muscle soup and salmon or steak. We both tried. Ready with chocolate goose. The atmosphere was almost full with the place. Waiter was great! I taste wine and when I didn't love him, he changed to a dryer. Please go and help them stay in business. Food is fantastic and service is perfect."

"They seated us in the back room, off the main dining room, next to the shelving unit that held extra plates, glasses, napkins...felt like we were in the storage room. Our food, crab eggs benedict and biscuits and gravy, were entirely unremarkable. Bland, no seasoning and completely blah. I was completely disappointed as this was my birthday brunch. My boyfriend and I had drinks each and our individual breakfasts, and the bill was just over Do you know how many eggs, biscuits and crab I can buy with I understand, and have no problem, paying for food and the experience. But the ambiance and food was expensive and beneath mediocre. Extremely disappointed and will not go back nor recommend to anyone."
