"Wow does this place need help. I 'm not sure that I 've ever reviewed a drive through before, but when it takes more than 30 minutes to get thorough the line... it 's worth noting. So I 'd probably took 20 minutes just to order. I watched multiple people ahead of me have their passenger jump out of the car, run inside and come back out with food before they reached the place to order it. When we finally reached the ordering location we found at at 10 AM on a Saturday morning, they were out of Munchkins. Seriously?Anyways after reracking our order, we pulled up to the window. With the delay, I expected to see 2-3 people maximum... but instead saw 7-8 employees clearly with no set position or direction. At least 2 people were just standing around examining the ceiling. When we pulled up, we were informed it would be a few minutes more. We waited and about 5 minutes later... a different person came up to the window and said Are you just getting food? To which we said yes. They then picked up a bag that had been sitting there the whole time and said here, shutting the window. The utter lack of management is pretty obvious.... I 've never encountered a Dunkies so in need of help."
