"Love this place. Can’t recommend highly enough. The Ton Katsu is to die for (pork katsu). The vegetable tempura yum. Teriyaki salmon yum yum. The sushi honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The rice perfectly moist and the balance and the contrast between the ingredients in each, spot on. I even enjoyed the vegetable sushi. I could go on. Quite simply Mama's and Papa's is the best thing to come to Wembley since I did. It’s a mouthgasm. P.S. The Ton Katsu and the vegetable tempura are shown in the attached pics."

"I ordered the vegan avo salsa and a long black from the lady at the counter. I asked for a dash of cold water to be added and the lady laughed and rolled her eyes. She then starred at the computer making a 'huff ' noise as if she didn 't know how to process this. I said if this was too much of an issue not to worry about the cold water. She then completed the order. I didn 't think this was too much of an odd request but they lady continued to make me feel like an inconvenience. The barista who brought the coffee over was lovely and added an ice block to the coffee when I asked. The lady who brought my meal over (possibly the owner/manager) was very friendly. The meal was great and came out reasonably fast considering how busy the cafe was. Unfortunately, due to the service from the lady at the counter I will not be returning."

"We waited for over an hour for an omelette!! After we had previously asked the staff twice where our food was, after people who came in after us got their food before us. No apologies from the staff at all. Food was good but such poor service. There is clearly no management or structure which is disappointing."
