"This location gets slammed with customers around dinner time. The issue here is that the actual length of the drive thru from where you order to where you pay and pickup your food is only 3 cars and for whatever reason it tends to move slow. Lastly, overall food quality is usually pretty good but make sure you get everything you ordered before driving away, I've caught something they have missed every time I have gotten food from this location, most of the time it's minor..."

"Sitting with a few colleagues to get a bite. The dining room was almost completely empty, but all tables were unavoidable. It was said it would take up to 20 minutes to clean a table. Waited at the bar and no one came to inform us the status of the table we were waiting for. Extremely slow and poor service. We finally ate, but the menu was limited."

"Only thing positive I have to say about this Taco Bell is the closeness to my work site, which I'm aware is subjective to location. Overall though this Taco Bell ranks amongst my lowest experiences. Every time I've come to the drive-thru I either get some part of my order wrong or they end up being super skimpy stingy with the amount of content in my burrito, taco, or crunchwrap. I don't understand, the employees themselves aren't paying for the food so why do they feel the need to rush, and give me mostly tortilla every freakin' time. My crunchwrap supreme's always end up being nothing but cheese and lettuce, barely any rice (when asked for) sauce, or meat. Same experience with the beefy 5-layer chalupas. Hopefully, someone pays attention to these reviews on the management level, and does something about it, but I highly doubt it. At this point it's my own fault if I go back and take the risk of having my money wasted."

"If you are a dark skin person don’t expect to be greeted it was an all white restaurant and it made me so uncomfortable every time someone would walk in they would greet them and people were just staring at me."

"Staff was friendly, despite no one greeting us upon entry. Had to clean my own table in the dining room. Drink station was a mess. No hand towels in the men 's bathroom. Hair in my Mexican Pizza. One team member said sh!t twice, which probably isn 't a great image for any real business."

And then refuse to take separate orders in the drive through when they are short staffed but 4 of the staff members are sitting in the lobby on there phone. Don't waste your time at this location."

"We wanted a quick and tasty lunch and came here. Wow was it amazing!!! The food was so fresh and delicious. The restaurant was so clean.....I mean super clean!! People were wiping counters, tables, and windows. Absolutely outstanding service by the employees as well! Whatever the management team is doing keep it up because your employees are amazing and doing the job beyond great! We are definitely gonna come back!!"
