"Went to Pakwan in SF on a Friday evening with some friends for dinner, and overall it was a solid experience. There was quite of a bit of a wait time after placing my order over 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn't even fully packed (but still had a lot of takeout orders). The food here is amazing I got a garlic naan and a regular naan with paneer makhani, heaven on earth! Had chai after which was pretty good too. Very affordable too with a 15% tip still spent less than $17 for this entire meal! The restaurant itself is on the smaller side (but they do have outdoor seating too) and the bathrooms aren't the cleanest, but if you're coming for the flavorful Indian Pakistani food and don't mind the wait, it's definitely worth a shot!"

"Food was excellent. The elections were great. Had the Tandoori Combo, aloo tikki, lamb poured. Chana sagwala, naan,roti and puri. Everything was great except the fact that the AC didn't work and was asked that it was broken all summer. That's the only reason I took a star away. Call them and ask if it's repaired when you land in the summer. If not only order, go or get it delivered. So far our favorite restaurant Desi in Suffolk County. Update: Winterbuffet was excellent. Innertemp was at 66, which is good. Loved the blood and the curry chicken here. Naan bread is kind of strange here, it comes with buffet, but if you go for a la carte order Roti instead."

"I was surprised by this place, I didn’t expect to find such a great place to eat at. The chicken I ordered just fell off the bone. Im sure the takeout here is great based on other reviews, but I would suggest eating at the restaurant because you’ll will be able to eat the food freshly made. Also, you will get to see all of the Pakistani families that already come here"

"Ordered for pick up/take out as that is all they are open for. We got there a little early and the food was already ready! It was piping hot. We ordered the chicken Tikka masala (butter chicken), 2 garlic naans, vegetable biryani, and plain lamb keema. The flavors were outstanding, though the portions on some of the dishes are on the smaller side, they pack all the flavor! The butter chicken is so creamy, it's amazing. The lamb was tender and delicious. Since we got two meats we got the vegetable biryani and it was a great choice. We had a little leftover of the biryani, that's one of the dishes that's a good portion size. The food is delicious and the service was quick. Highly recommend Naan-n-curry! They are on the pricey side, but it is totally worth it."
