"This is a great little idea. Veggie Velo is a guy who sells veggie burgers from his push bike. He tows around a little stall and sells them at different locations around Adelaide's CBD. You look up the veggie velo page on Facebook to find out the location on a given day. The choices were halumi, lentil or quinoa. I had lentil and my girlfriend had halumi. They were delicious: fresh buns, fresh veggies, great patties. Couldn't ask for more. Healthy fast food at its best. Cost $10 per burger. I will return next time I'm in Adelaide."

"We held our 40th school reunion at the Treasury 1960 and had a fantastic night. We had a private function for 28 people and the venue was just perfect for this occasion. The manager, Anna, was accommodating, efficient and professional. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and ensured that the vegan in our group was catered for. Anna helped set up a presentation screen and a memorabilia table which added to the success of our evening. All of the staff were lovely and service was great. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful ambiance and the food was delicious. My steak was amazing and the sides were so fabulous. The duck fat potatoes were particularly scrumptious. I would definitely recommend The Treasury 1860 for any event and I will most certainly return again."

"Visited this lovely place several times on my recent visit to Adelaide. Not only is there a lovely restaurant, you have the option of take away and also can shop for organic, raw and vegan yummy stuff. I had takeaway pizza twice, and tried four...of the raw deserts....they were delicious. Also had a fresh almond milk latte and mocha...YUM again. Such a great find!"
