"We made a reservation for my birthday meal here. We picked very early evening to help avoid the crowd and so one person in our party could get to work 2 hours later. We arrived to find the place very busy (that is fine good for them), but then they made us wait 25-30 minutes even with our reservation on OpenTable. (Note when we arrived they told us it would be a 10 minute wait and instead they made us wait much longer There are only a few places to sit while you wait so you have to stand outside in the sun or in the way of all of the people trying to order takeout cheesecake from this big display. We finally received our table there was no apology about the wait (which was much longer than they told us) or lack of a place to sit while you waited. I then asked the waitress if that wait was normal and she tells me they really don't have reservations. What? I told her we made a reservation on OpenTable. Then she comes back later and tells me what she meant to say is if you have a reservation they give you the next available table (which means that time really doesn't matter it seems and due to the crowd we had to wait much longer). We told her we now had an hour to eat and asked if that was possible. (Sometimes it is slow to get your food from the kitchen when they are that busy is why I asked). She put in our order and we did receive our food quickly (why the 3 fried appetizers were not warm I have no idea but we couldn't complain since we were in a hurry and we were desperate for quick food). And this avocado egg roll item that some people like we found not very good. We even mentioned it to her since it remained uneaten and she didn't apologize or offer to take it off our ticket. Maybe if it is was warm that would have helped but it was cold and basically a huge hunk of avocado wrapped and fried in a soggy wonton skin with a strange dipping sauce Then the entrees came out about 10 minutes after the appetizers and the entrees were warm and better than the appetizers. Then later the bread and butter came out. Overall, no one seemed to appreciate we were there. The waitress did hurry to get our food which we really appreciated but who wants to order and eat a $130 meal in 40 minutes so we could leave on time after standing up waiting nearly 30 minutes for a table you reserved to celebrate a birthday. By the way no time to order dessert and coffee (which is why I came here) because of the delay in receiving our table. Of course you come here for dessert hence the name of the place. I don't know if dessert is good or not because we had to leave so someone could get to work on time. (Note you spend the whole time waiting to be seated standing next to this huge display of all of the great choices of cheesecake during the long wait which now seems a bit mean since I didn't have time to eat any of them I asked again about the delay as I walked out and the young hostess didn't apologize or anything. I got this that is just how it is we are really busy type answer. Management may I suggest you train your employees to apologize for the wait if someone is questioning it as they leave the restaurant. After all we went to the trouble to make a reservation and you didn't honor it or even care that you didn't honor it. In fact you told us 10 minutes when we checked in with our reservation and then seated us much later. It really ruined the mood and timing of our whole meal."

"Our server was incredible! We got off the airplane from KC and went straight here for a late lunch. I would highly recommend the Rustic Chicken Club. It’s only available during lunch. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The dessert is delicious and the Ice Box S’mores."

"It was valentines weekend so you can’t help worrying that a restaurant won’t be great. But we had a wonderful experience. Our table was ready when we arrived. Drinks were wonderful. Clam chowder was the best I’ve had. Two of my dining companions had it as well, and they agreed. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Our table had the ribs, short rib, brick chicken, and mushroom burger. Everyone was thrilled with their entree. The dining room was cozy. We will definitely be back."

"You just can’t live in Texas and not love Chili’s. They’ve got all you need. Food is as always top notch for the price, less than 10-15mins wait to get it made and served to you. They were probably at a 20%-30% occupancy on Friday afternoon. Great service, clean place, spacious area and decent amount of parking."
