"Went in for the first time (new to the area) and stood in front of the counter for about 2 minutes and none of the two ladies there bothered to acknowledge me until I asked for a table and that is when they told me I needed to order first. Order, a cheesesteak sandwich and it was ok at best, it lacked flavor and substance; peppers were cut too big and overpowered the meal. So so price."

"Terrible customer service! Gave us the wrong meal then took almost 30 minutes for a medium rare burger remake. Ask for a manager and all they did was have an attitude while giving me my money back not even a sorry. Then to get the burger ?meal? that?s supposed to come with fries and it not have fries. I say something to the manager and he goes ti the fryer and gets old cold fries. Won?t be returning!"

"The iconic jingle and phrase Red Robin is what drew me to trying the restaurant. Also the bottomless fries also drew me in.I wasn 't expecting the greatest burger but I guess I had my expectations a little too high.The french fries were great but I would not recommend ordering the garlic ones. They are drenched and dripping in oil. My friend ordered them and ended up switching back to the normal bottomless fries since it was too much.My burger came out very dry and bland even though I ordered a mushroom one thinking it would be more flavorful then the standard cheeseburger. My burger also came out well done instead of medium rare.The servers were really nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. Overall I would not come back but am glad I got to experience the iconic restaurant."
