"Ich hätte der 'Heimat' wirklich gerne eine Chance gegeben und meiner besten Freundin zur Hochzeit einen Gutschein geschenkt. Die Chance wurde mir aber nicht gegeben, da diese leider nicht verschickt werden. Im Grunde kein Problem, wird nur dann ärgerlich und albern, wenn man am Telefon in einer hochnäsigen Arroganz abgespeist wird und einem deutlich zu verstehen gegeben wird, dass man das nicht nötig hat und auch nicht von Interesse ist! Schade, sowas habe ich nicht nötig und der entstandene Eindruck passt zu vorherigen Kommentaren bezgl. der Arroganz der Inhaber und Mitarbeiter!"

"We were lucky and got the last table here without a reservation. The restaurant is in a nondescript building, but inside the place feels like an old German inn. The staff was very charming and helpful. I had the pigs knuckle and it was delicious. It was perfectly paired with the house dark beer. Other party members had the Weimer schnitzel and the Frankfurt sampler. All were excellent. This was a great place to start our German vacation."

"Lasagne (8.90): nice but a bit overcooked not that salty. Pulled meat burger with sweet potatoes (~12E): approved, especially the potatoes.Burger avocado: it was ok.US beef burger (14.5E) : good but.. without cucumber would have been better! ;)Cozy and quite place, nice and friendly waitress."

"We were pleasantly surprised from breakfast at the restaurant.As Hilton HHonors Gold members, breakfast at the restaurant was one of our benefits.While the buffet itself was quite small, it offered a very nice selection of both cold and hot dishes (but no cooked-to-order eggs, unfortunately), cheese, vegetables, juices, fruits, pastries, smoothies, yogurts and excellent coffee.Service was fast and courteous.Recommended if you're staying at the hotel."
