"I went to doris kitchen for lunch and that was terrible. I ordered a pork chop dinner and the pork chop was so hard, you couldn't eat it with a knife and a large cut oxtail evening meal, that was 39.14 the oxtails were 21.95 and that they have ever cooked must go back to the cooking school. they were not very tender or well seasoned. I called home immediately after the arrival to let them know that the quality of the food they served was terrible. I spoke to Krystal, the manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. she has not tried to offer another kind of meat for the pork or something. their customer service is very bad. I asked her that the owner contacted me and she didn't get any of my information. she said we had caller ID. the first time I visited doris kitchen, I met the owners and they were very nice and professional and eating was good a year ago. they will not be open to the business for a very long time so that someone like krystal manage their business. it must take a customer service class. I do not live on this side of the city, but I will not return definitiw.
