"We placed a Togo order last night at 8 pm. We also decided to pick it up ourself instead of placing a favor order so we can get it faster and it still be hot. My boyfriend got left there at 8:30 with the food. When he got home which is ten minutes from there it was cold, and the order was wrong. We got the sampler platter and they got the flavors we chose mixed up on the shrimp and boneless chicken. They also didn’t give us the mini strawberry cheese cake they gave us Reece’s and my bf is allergic to peanuts. Thank goodness I took a bite first, they were supposed to replace it with chocolate is what they told my bf at the establishment. I called a few times last night and it would just ring and ring to let them know of their major almost deadly mistake but no luck so I’m leaving this review here. I am shocked how bad this Togo experience was and the quality of the food is not what it used to be. Very upsetting. I used to be a hooters girl at wood lake very long ago and this would have never happened."

"My second time to Barnabys and again the food was fantastic. I had the Chinese Grilled Chicken Salad, hot not cold chicken, and it was delicious. The grilled chicken taste taste tastes practically in your mouth and was consistent for the first time that I had her grilled chicken. The dressing was perfect with its slightly sweet taste, but not overwhelming. I ordered the little one and couldn't finish the whole salad. A very satisfying lunch with great service."

"I went to doris kitchen for lunch and that was terrible. I ordered a pork chop dinner and the pork chop was so hard, you couldn't eat it with a knife and a large cut oxtail evening meal, that was 39.14 the oxtails were 21.95 and that they have ever cooked must go back to the cooking school. they were not very tender or well seasoned. I called home immediately after the arrival to let them know that the quality of the food they served was terrible. I spoke to Krystal, the manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. she has not tried to offer another kind of meat for the pork or something. their customer service is very bad. I asked her that the owner contacted me and she didn't get any of my information. she said we had caller ID. the first time I visited doris kitchen, I met the owners and they were very nice and professional and eating was good a year ago. they will not be open to the business for a very long time so that someone like krystal manage their business. it must take a customer service class. I do not live on this side of the city, but I will not return definitiw. I have not tried to replace the ochsen because I have only accepted the fact that it is what it is, but the pork was unbearable if they cannot cut it they will not be able to chew or swallow it. krystal also lied and said that 3 customers were there where to eat pork chops, and they were in order that they had lied because my male friend came up and there was no one there as it was when we were there. I should see the red flag, the place was empty at noon 1:00 o'clock."
