"We were looking for an easy lunch place that would get us out of the rain and wandered in here. The restaurant was busy and the staff was very welcoming. There was a good mix of English speaking and local customers. We both had the fish and chips special which was very good."

"Had dinner here in Sep14 and it was amazingly good. I come from Melbourne, Aus, which is renowned for its high quality food at reasonable prices (particularly Asian fusion given our large multicultural population). I'd say that L'arc en Ciel is as good as anywhere I've eaten - delicious fresh food with the subtle elegance one gets in French and Japanese cuisine. Hats off to the chefs, and thanks to our waitress for guiding us through the French menu (yes, my French language skills are non existent). Brilliant meal and service, and great value at €35 a head including several glasses from a great selection of wines by the glass."
