"I recently ordered a mushroom pizza over the phone, then picked it up 15 mins later. Wow, firstly it was ready as I walked into the restaurant with friendly staff who greeted you by name and the pizza itself was delicious. Loaded with mushrooms that had a balsamic glaze. Crispy thin base and good quality cheese.Really delicious although not cheap it wasb worth it.Although it was a takeaway the restaurant looked good and was quite busy."

"We went to this restaurant on a Saturday night and it was very busy and incredibly noisy which was off putting. We had a table for four which had two chairs and two stools I guess you'd call them, in any case they didn't have any backs on them and so for of us not very comfortable. The restaurant is BYO which is good but for someone who wasn't drinking the only choice was soft drink when all I wanted was some plain mineral water so my only choice was water. The service was very slow as well. So on balance I thought that there are a number of things that they need to do better. Having said that, the food was very nice so I would go back but not on a Friday or a Saturday night. It was also very reasonably priced."

"We went there on a Sunday lunch, my hubby ordered a sashimi don and I ordered the unagi don. Each around $16, there were 10 slices of different sashimi which I thought was very much . It was fresh. Highly recommended people trying it.For the unagi don, it was yummy too but a bit less. Will not recommended the unagi don because I felt very thirsty after I had it."

"This place in camberwell had a great menu and by looking at what was being served to other guests, definitely a place to come back to and try other options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and weren’t disappointed at all. The only negative and this is very minor, is the noise bounces off the concrete walls and it’s hard to have a conversation."

"The Butter Dish is a relatively new addition to the café culture of the Camberwell area. It's a little gem of a place. We had the following for breakfast, Soft scrambled eggs, chives, melting cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche Soft scrambled eggs , smoked salmon and rocket on sourdough They were both fantastic and full of flavour. The mushrooms on the side are also quite a delight. The winner in the menu however is the Croissant french toast, rose pana cota, baked rhubarb, meringue and white chocolate pieces. It is simply divine. The pana cota is simply perfect and well balanced. This is the item to have. Great food, location and the offering of a range of salads as a take away option makes the Butter Dish a place worth visiting."

"Asia Gourmet Hut is one of the several small eateries in Swimart Doncaster featuring Chinese meals. We went there for lunch yesterday and selected from its rather rich lunch special menu (a) stir-fried thin flat rice noodle with beef in preserved black bean sauce; and (2) braised vermicelli with shredded pork and preserved vegetables - each at $9.90. When the dishes came, we found them in small serving portion - as compared to those offered by the eateries next door and another Hong Kong style cafe around the corner. Yet the prices charged were about 5% more. Tastes were good, though rather oily - which could be said as being traditional for Chinese stir-fried dishes. On the wall were black board menu showing various dishes available for dinner and the prices shown were reasonable. But we have not had the chance to try, as yet."

"We have been eating here for several years , and had my aunties 90th here 18 months ago..... Very nice people , absolutely fantastic food... When you come , order the shieks open banquet...for $65 pp you get dips, breads , appetizer, entre, mains, salads and desserts with coffees and you can re order all the dishes you loved again !! My only issue (And it's a small one) is that some of the staff can go missing for a while, so if you need anything urgently it may take a few minutes to get their attention....other than that , great place , nice soft music, and the decor is so pleasant and ottoman in style you will love it....we do...."
