"Ordered a 10pc Haddock dinner for delivery. When it arrived, we only got fries... No fish... Called the restaurant and was told they would send it out right away. Waited for over an hour and nobody would answer the phone. So had to go to the restaurant and pick it up myself. No money back for delivery fee or tip..."

"Its open late and is more of an after bar type of place. I ordered the assorted sub which was really good. I also got fries and a foot long. You can't complain for the prices, it's worth what you spend."

"Had a table reserved for 10 people. Get to the restaurant and put 2 small tables together. Happiness for us 2 didn't make it because there was no room for them to eat. Hostess did not seem to care, food was good, or waiter was very good. Only seemed very unorganized, 25 minutes to gdt drinks. If our salads have no forks, they had to ask for forks 3 times. I'm sorry to say, I'm not going back to East Side Mario's."
