"I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS STORE TWICE IN THE SAME GOD DAMN DAY WITH THE SAME GOD DAMN ORDER. I decided to order breakfast from the Coffee Club at around this morning. As I am writing this, it is My order was simple....A club sandwich and a thickshake. What turned up at first was two cappuccinos and a bunch of food, that was not a club sandwich. I noticed immediately, obviously, that it was not what I had ordered. I immediately let my sweet Uber Eats deliverer know this before he left because I noticed right away. He was kind enough to get a hold of Uber Eats support and deal with the situation for me. Through his great customer service, he was able to get my order cancelled and refunded IMMEDIATELY. I was told to simply reorder and everything would be sorted out. Great. So I reorder. Because I want this god damn thickshake and club sandwich. So my food arrives shortly after. I look in the bag. My thickshake! It’s here! Sweet. I also see a styrofoam box which I assume is my CLUB SANDWICH. So I let my nice SECOND Uber driver leave with no issues. There’s no way that the Coffee Club could mess up for the second time today. I go inside. I get my thickshake. It’s aight. I then take out my styrofoam box. I literally tell my sister as I pick it up that I am worried because it feels too light to be a club sandwich WITH CHIPS. So I cautiously open it. ITS SMASHED AVO ON SOURDOUGH BREAD. Not a club sandwich in sight. Not even chips. And you know what? If I wanted smashed avo and if it was what I ordered, I’d be happy. It looked nice. BUT IT WAS NOT A CLUB SANDWICH. I then look at the receipt, tired from this continuous game. The receipt is correct. It was my order. WHAT I ORDERED. A club sandwich and thickshake. It also has the correct name. HOW CAN SOMEONE MESS UP LIKE THIS. So, this time I contact the store directly. Because my nice Uber guy is gone. There is no one here to get my immediate refund this time. I have to take matters into my own hands. That’s okay. It be like that sometimes. So I call them. A girl picks up, turns out she’s the name on the receipt. Lily. I tell her what has happened, at first she doesn’t really understand but when she does she let me know she was going to get her boss to handle this and she calls him over. I believe his name was Steve. Steve was not understanding or friendly despite this being an issue with the store that he runs. I told him everything. He then tried to blame this on the Uber Eats driver. The first one. He said, that myself and someone with my name ordered at the same time. Apparently the Uber Eats driver showed up and took all bags with my name. However, when he shows up to my house, the kind Uber driver literally went through his car and there was no other order for a Jordan. He said specifically that he turned up at the Coffee a Club, gave them my name and my code for the order, and they gave him what he got. There was a total of orders made by a Jordan. Two of those were me. My original order that I was refunded and the second order I made, reordering my original order. Steve tried to claim that the Uber driver (THE FIRST ONE) took all three orders. I told Steve that I didn’t make two orders at the same time. So he was straight up lying to me about my two orders being picked up at the same time with the other mystery Jordan order. I had to inform Steve that the driver that delivered my food the second time, WAS A DIFFERENT MAN. Yet he still continued to try and blame it on the poor driver. This is obviously an issue with this particular store. How can the food packed in the bag BY THE COFFEE CLUB and the receipt attached to the bag BY THE COFFEE CLUB (which by the way I was told by Lily when I first called that they actually manually put Uber Eats orders through their registers, therefore someone had to have known my real order but they still messed up) be the Uber Eats driver’s responsibility? The poor guys just pick up the food. It’s up to the Coffee Club to make sure the right food is in there. It’s not that the Uber Eats drivers are delivering to the wrong people, they are being given the wrong food. BY THE COFFEE CLUB. Whilst talking to Steve, he was irritated, even at one point changing his tone to be condescending when I tried to inform him of the details that he had gotten wrong, trying to put ALL the blame on the Uber Eats driver. He took no responsibility, did not apologize once and didn’t even offer to try and resolve the issue. The first original Uber Eats guy that I got today, had way better Customer Service than him and this guy didn’t even have to do what he did to help me, AND HE DIDNT EVEN GET PAID FOR ANY OF THIS. Steve told me with attitude, to take this up with Uber Eats and didn’t seem to care at all, he actually seemed annoyed when I continued to press this issue because it makes 0 sense how this could happen and them not be at fault for this. I don’t understand how they could make a mistake the first time and then be so careless when they are given a chance to do right by a customer who had faith in them enough to give them a second chance. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel awful for the Uber Eats drivers who are getting the blame. This is the worst experience I have had on Uber Eats and its not because of Uber. It’s because of the restaurant, no matter how much Steve tried to push the fault elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed and at the end of the day, didn’t get what I ordered and what I received I can’t eat. Im not a Karen, but this brought out the Karen in me. I feel like Steve should be reprimanded for how he treated me and tried everything in this power to make it my fault/the Uber Eats drivers fault. As far to go and lie. This is such an unfortunate waste of food and my time, the Uber Eats driver’s time and my money. The Coffee Club in Macarthur Square NEEDS TO DO BETTER or at least the bare minimum, especially when they are given the chance to redeem themselves."

"This caffe is very close to us, but from some reason we were there for the last nine years. Today is time for our coffee and cake, so we go to investigate. there are parking spaces on the street and a simple access. the cafe...sits at one end of a big shop selling many different types of Italian products – usually eat and drink. there are seats for some people. there is a moderate selection of Italian cake to choose, and the service is friendly. we put our order and our drinks are served at our table. the lemon cake is delicious and the drinks are good: the coffee is quite strong, but good of me. After we're done, we'll walk around and look at the load. it is an interesting trip."
