"Only a short walk from our Star Inn hotel. Nice outdoor seating. Seemed patronized with only locals. Menu only in German, but very helpful owner and son with English translations.A beer and Campari with orange, two excellent soups, a vienerschnitzle main and a pork madallions in peppercorn sauce w/delicious mixed vegetables, two large kirshwassers, and two very good desserts! All for €51.00One our many enjoyable Vienna meals, and certainly worthy of all high reviews! Much better than the highly rated, also nearby, Erni's."

"Pay attention, this is one of the worst restaurants I ever experienced in my life (my girlfriend got sick). The staff is extrem unfriendly and the dishes are dirty just to name some points... It is almost unpossible to put this bad restaurant in words... Keep away"

"A small, friendly, viennesian heuriger in the 16 district, mostly visited by locals. the venue has interior and exterior seats and offers delicious Austrian specialties in a pleasant atmosphere. the surschnitzel, the sour wort, the cheese preize and the knetedel are delicious and so are their...sacles and the gruener veltliner. it's worth a visit."

"If you want to taste the typical Viennese "Tafelspitz" which is boiled beef, soup, potatoes and spinach, then you should go in one of the many Plachuttas in town. It is delicious! A shame is that the atmosphere is not cozy and service quite bad."

"I wish I had saved a picture to post, but the food here was incredible. We were the only tourists there, and they didn't even have an English menu, but the waitresses spoke English very well and was able to translate for us. We ordered a schnitzel and a chicken roulotte with mushrooms, onions and bacon inside. Definitely worth coming here if you're looking for authentic Viennese food!"

"If you are looking for a special night out, go elsewhere! For a casual average meal with average service this was ok. Menu was all handwritten german which even my german friends couldn't read: menu limited and we had to wait ages before our food...came (to be fair they did apologise as a huge group had come in before us... but we had booked some weeks before so really this should have been planned for). Just not my cup of tea all in all... cosy and good for chatting with friends on a casual night out...food didn't wow at all. But was freshly cooked. Would suggest a nice place to take the kids for some Austrian food."
