"From the fun chalkboard menu to the open and friendly waiter, we knew immediately that we were going to be charmed by this place. My date had the lamb and said it was tender and delicious. I had the boar (first time)! and the gravy that went with it was divine. Will definitely go again!"

"I have been to this location a couple times and have found a few of the staff to be rude and very "close" to each other which is highly unprofessional. Orders were wrong and they told us that is what we ordered. Just insanity at its finest, The names of two that I remember because the service from them was ridiculous Chris and John were their names. It seemed like customers didn't matter, they were rude and just plain ignorant. Seems like management and ownership of this store doesn't seem to care that this store is the WORST in the city of this chain.Avoid at all costs"

"This Pizza Hut on Upper James has been struggling with building issues (heating) in the past month or so but the amazing staff both in the kitchen as well as in the dining area have been wonderful and accommodating everyone who has entered the restaurant....The food is always hot and freshly made for the customer. Please take the time to visit this wonderful restaurant and staff. They are always smiling and anxious to serve you any time of the day"

"Absolutely pathetic food service (the waitress was very nice but overwhelmed by the amount of angry tables) the manager was clearly prioritizing SkipTheDishes orders and not customers in the restaurant we waited for mins to get our appetizer and we waited as long as...we could until we couldn’t wait any longer after hour and minutes this was now pm as we had arrived at pm. We requested the manager waited again for minutes and when he came out he was rude and very condescending as if it was our fault for not waiting longer and did nothing to try and make up for the terrible service. And said he threw our food in the trash. Very disappointed would not suggest for anyone not even my worst enemy. (We ended up going and getting McDonald’s)"
