"I was happy to see several vegan options on the menu. The most heartfelt seems to be the Buddha shell. While tastefully I found being a little light, and I almost sprinkle on the Beet Spear sunflowers. I say that suffocation is probably due to my rapid consumption by hunger. On the positive side, the staff is super friendly and it is a cheerful ambience. I will probably return as there are some vegan options available in Kamloops."

"We got into Kamloops early, so stopped in for a bite while waiting for check-in time. Bit of a line-up due to reduced seating , but ended up being worth every minute. Huge menu selection, great coffee. Ordered the Western skillet and Banana Blast crepes. WOW ! Can't remember a better breakfast."

"I had never had a poutine until I went to Frenchie's with the family. It was hard to make a selection but I settled on the poutine that included ground beef, onions, mushrooms and jalapeños. I ordered the regular size poutine and it was difficult to finish. I was hoping the french fries would have been a little more crispy, but overall it was a very nice meal. I will be looking for poutines in other cities during our stay in Canada."
