"The Waffle House is always great but this morning was great because this older gentleman came in and left his door open on his SUV and I went asked him if he meant to leave it open or not. He said no and as slow moving as he was coming in he didn't seem like he wanted to get up and go out to close the car door so I volunteered. When I went back to his table to ask if he had his keys he let me know that her didn't need a key and that he was paying for my table's breakfast, I said don't worry about it. He finished his breakfast got up to leave and we had a nice little chat about the adventures of getting old before he left. When we were ready to leave our waitress informed us that he had already paid our bill. Very cool of him. I don't know who he is but if a cool old guy rocking a Mercedes AMG SUV is reading this thanks for breakfast. Also there is a super hot waitress there. She kept smiling at me every time she passed and I don't know if she was flirting or just being friendly but wow she was cute. Looking at her was like experiencing art. Oh yeah the food was good too. I had steak and eggs."

"This used to be a great place. One of the best in Louisville honestly. But over time suffered same fate as many since covid. Forgot everything that kept them afloat during the pandemic to act entitled to be in business without considering the customers that kept them in business.... truly sad. Do not recommend at all."

"Do you all ever answer your business phone out 9 stay open during stated business hours?!? Had a luncheon scheduled for 3pm today. Phone unanswered. Looked closed when we arrived. Poor service, poor everything. Should have known 3 weeks ago when I called and girl on phone said we're closed at 930 p m on a Saturday. Drive past: open."

"It was our first time there and we really enjoyed each other! I recommend making reservations because they were really busy on a Friday night at 6:00 and our server said it was a typical Friday. Our server was Anna and she was fantastic! She really made us feel special and I will definitely ask for her again. We started with a variety of appetizers. Goat cheese fritters, diptrio, roasted green tomatoes and golden grotto. The goat cheese fritters came with a fantastic chilli sauce. If you like goat cheese, you will like them. The dip trio was good, but nothing special. The salsa, however, was exceptional and it is made house. The fried green tomatoes are the best I ever had. Critical and perfect. The golden gridcakes are not what I imagined and it's really hard to describe. I liked to be different. I had the Kobe Beef drunk burger with a sweet potato and my husband had the shrimps and dips. Both were good and I can't wait to try the brunch. Fantastic!"

"Great little pizza place and sports bar in Hikes Point. I went there on a weekday this week for their lunchtime buffet. When I came in some tables were sectioned off for cleaning but I quickly found a good and comfortable spot. The immediately asked me what kind of pizza I wanted on the buffet and I started on the salad bar. <br/ <br/ The salad bar was nice for a pizza buffet and they also had chili, which was good. Soon after I sat down they brought out fresh garlic bread and ham/cheese garlic mini sandwiches. They were both really good. Within a few minutes, my sausage and pepperoni was up along with a supreme. The crust was of medium to thin thickness. The sauce was good and the toppings plentiful. I really liked the pizza. I was full after 2 pieces because I had a little salad and chili and breadsticks. One lady next to me requested a buffalo chicken ranch pizza and it looked very good but I was just too full. <br/ <br/ I paid $10 for a buffet and drink. That was a really good price for all that was offered. The pizza and service were really good. It's a simple place with no pretentiousness but that's what I like. I don't like the foodie/hipster trend of restaurants trying to impress anyway."
