"Great place. Food was amazing. Wonderful old place. Owner was very friendly. Highly recommend. Our server was not as attentive to us as others. We saw several tables turn over as we waited and waited. Had to order (ask) 2 times for a draft beer....Other than slow service, great experience."

"Wonderful room, wonderful staff always very nice and helpful! Very next to the lake and in the city center, very calm although. The only complain, and I understand it is not possible: unfortunately it is not at all a place for people with physical problems, the only lift is after a long stairs, and then when it arrives you need to go upstairs or downstairs again to get to your room. But everything was very nice!"

"Yesterday I went for dinner to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! This was the second time there and the food was again incredibly good and with a beautiful presentation. We choose to stay in the terrace because the decoration and the ambiance is...lovely there. They have now the menu in english and the summer version. All dishes we choose were very tasty: Prawns with seaweed salad and melon beef Carpaccio/ Lamb racks incredible!! and the beef steak as well. All portions are big and for sure worth the price! The staff is always very sweet and welcoming!! We had a perfect dinner Thanks a lot!"

"Needed a quick lunch at work once with two friends. So I remembered this place here. Passed it many times, but never tried it. Ordered three pizze for lunch. Arrived exactly on time. Very friendly delivery guy. Had the Cipolla E Aglio with onions and...garlic. And there was plenty of it on top! Loved it. Then the spicy Porcino with Peperoncini and of course Porcini mushrooms. Another great choice, nice and fiery. Our third choice was the Puttanesca with bacon and Peperoni (bell peppers). Big load of bacon and fresh, crunchy bell peppers. Prices were really fair. Between 14CHF and 20CHF. The sizes of the pizze were nice and there was really a good load of topping on each of the pizze. They tasted full of flavours, fresh and ... important ... still hot. Three servings of salad came with for free. They also have plenty of fast food choices on the menu, pop, soda, wine and beer. The pizza menu is huge. There were so many interesting choices. But it will definitely not be the last time I 've ordered here. They have also a loyalty programm. After your 10th pizza you will get the 11th for free. Prices are fair, staff (on the phone and delivery guy) were friendly, they are on time and the pizze are great. What else you need?"

"Das Essen war wirklich vom Feinsten auch das Servicepersonal war eigentlich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war ein langes Haar im Essen (Hauptgang). Wir haben es dem Servicepersonal gezeigt, doch es gab leider keine Entschuldigung oder eine kleine Entschädigung (z.B. Kaffee aufs Haus). So eine Geste kann man von einem solchen Restaurant auf jeden Fall erwarten. Schliesslich hat es 14 Gault Millaut Punkte und ist nicht gerade günstig. Ein anderer hätte das Essen womöglich sogar zurückgegeben. Schade!"
