"We placed our order at 5.00 and was told delivery would be 40-45 minutes. Well, an hour and 1/2 the food arrived. I called to ask for a refund and was told THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN , that I have to pay, unless I cancel the order. They did not even offer a discount , a 2-liter bottle of pepsi was left at our door. We don 't even drink soda. They only have 1 driver and don 't want the word to get out....WORD IS OUT!!! This is not the first time, but I promise you and Joe 's Pizza itwill be the last. NO MORE FROM THEM. The food quality has gone way down along with the customer service, which used to be good This would not have happened if Rob or Norman were still there. BYE BYE Joe 's."
