"My husband and I are here with our three young kids (ages 6, 4, and 2). Whenever we dine out with them in Germany we are always concerned about them being rambunctious, but luckily they were pretty good. We did have some stares when we walked in with three young kids, but we did our best to converse and order in German and the owner/hostess seemed very pleased that our children tried to speak German also. My husband had the filet which was cooked perfectly. I had the schnitzel with champignons (mushrooms) and our kids had the fish sticks. We all had frites and my husband and I had a beilagen salat with our meals. All were delicious and we were happy that it was only a few minutes walk from our AirBnB. We will definitely return the next time we are in Düsseldorf!"

"I received a warm welcome from my server. she was very gracious and in vain from my terrible German when I asked if it was carving (I did not ask for an English menu). various carving options were offered. I was delicious, served with. a cream sauce and mushrooms, a hill or a fry and a welcome fresh partial salad. all washed with a few tasty weizenbieren for around €20. perfect."

"We were able to enjoy the four-course menu offered during our visit.This is the light Mediterranean cuisine as we found it on numerous travels in Italy, while Italians in Germany often cook with a cream. also the wine recommendation given by the owner to the menue has our full conviction.Here we found at high level celebrated ital. kitchen to acceptable trips in a really still family-run restaurant - owner, wife and daughter in service and son-in-law in the kitchen.We will surely return soon."
