"We called and hoped Captain John's will open again. We had picked up a few times while Covid and although we don't like to take fish and chips out, they were just as delicious as in the restaurant. Then they closed again... We're not sure what's happening, but we want Captain John to get up again. We have tried fish and chips everywhere in the city, but are very disappointed and consider that we need to go to London. John, if you read this, please open it again."

"At this location, the workers are uneducated on the products and the prices. They're always out of some kind of vegetable and they always try to overcharge you for adding a meat like bacon or pepperoni compared to the prices on the app because either they don't pay attention and hit the button for the wrong meat or they are taught to do that. I've caught them a few times doing this. I won't be going back to this terrible location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

"Very good food, Good service. But the waiting time is over 60 minutes from the moment we put in our order, and that is on our last three visit (we like the food). We were offer bread (on the house) or more drink while we...wait. They claim their take out service is very busy so it take time to fill the restaurant order. But I didn't saw any car driving through the take out window. The waitress was embarrassed. What is going on there? No more for us."
