"Have visited this establishment many times over the years. The last 3-4 times including just now. We have noticed the quality of food and portion size diminishing. Tonight I had the Hail Mary beef dip sandwich with poutine, when it arrived the cheese on it was partiality melted, the shaved beef was full of fat and gristle, the poutine was cold, none of the cheese was melted. My wife had a wrap that she said was good, her poutine was also cold. My Son had the chicken parm and had no complaints. Normally I would have said something to the server, however she didn’t return until it was time to pay the cheque. My wife and I agreed that tonight would be our last attempt at a restaurant we used to enjoy. We will not be returning. So sad."

"I ordered through Uber Eats for their offer and i was called and informed that i will be charged for Two Burgers instead of one and to cancel it. But when i cancelled i was charged by Uber and I got Nothing . They are cheaters Be Careful. And Uber Can’t do anything as it was canceled by my end. So pathetic."

"I went to Mr.sub one day because the sub was sold out of the meatballs I wanted. And believe me, have I ever regretted it? I ordered a meatball sub. And it was the worst sub I've ever had, smearing meatballs like it was... The meat was chewy and coarse, and even a little grainy. Maybe they just added sand instead of breadcrumbs. None of the meatball bottom was edible to me, it took me a solid minute of constant chewing before I spat it out and tore up the entire pad in the trash. The staff is polite and friendly, I have no complaints there. The restaurant is clean and tidy, service was pretty quick too. But does it all really matter if the food quality is unusable? Not for me."

"Unique little place to stop for burgers and fries. Was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly too! Great food, straightforward, simple menu that's delicious!"

"They say they have the best pizza...don't believe them. Don't get out a lot .... Just moved to Whitby and was looking for something good. Hard to find out here. Cold missed olives completely, even when I said I was new and they were going to take care if me!! Wonder if I didn't say anything!"
