Last visit for son's bday in May was stellar 5 star review, from perfect whiskey sour at bar (great hair bartender), amazing service from waiter and impeccable food, this Friday night was the worst ever all around, extremely extremely sad! Can’t return ever! Thought I found my go to place????"

"Went here on a whim and found it lacking. First of all the waiter upon pouring water in one of the glasses splashed it on the table and just left it there.. he dropped off the menus and then ignored us for 1/2 hour. We all ordered salads which were very good. My friend does not handle cream well and most of their pastas are either rose or cream sauce so she asked if she could substitute for tomato sauce which the waiter said would be fine (most restaurants would accommodate that request. Her husband decided to order 3 appetizers instead of a meal and asked if they could come out in stages ie the calamari as an appetizer and the other 2 as his meal. The waiter seemed rather annoyed by this and actually argued that they would all come out at the same time unless he put them in at separate times so ok thats fine do it..our meals came and I must compliment the kitchen on the presentation. Very nice, however my friend's pasta had rose sauce she called the girl back who had dropped off the pasta and she took it back only to return 5 minutes later with the same plate saying yes it is rose sauce... NO KIDDING but she didn't order it.. My friend said whatever took the pasta and didn't eat it.. at no point did our waiter come by to ask how our meal was he seemed more interested in talking to another guy there. My chicken was good my husband said his penne ala vodka was ok. The waiter came by after and dropped off dessert menus and then ignored us again for another 15 minutes when he came back we asked for the bill to be split in half and he said he couldn't do it. WHAT?? Ok... So bottom line is this the food was good not great the server we had was not good and wouldn't go back there is another restaurant in the area called Gran Gusto which is WAY more bang for your buck and nicer people. I hate to give bad reviews because there are probably alot of hard working people there but the service wasn't good sorry."

"We came here with a large party of 24, split into 3 tables on Saturday. We ordered about 7pm and told them we had to be out of there by 8:30pm for a show. Appetizers and drinks came out fast but the main entrees were much slower. We did ask for food to be served as soon as it was ready but they ended up waiting for all mains to be ready and brought everything out together as we did see some dishes sitting in the kitchen and pizza area. We got the mains just a few minutes before 8pm and still had to do a cake and split receipts. The server was great and able to serve our large party basically by herself, as well as the end of dinner rush with the cake and even provided us a candle to use. The restaurant was accommodating with our timeline, the portions were huge and a very typical family style restaurant. Nothing fancy, just big portions at great value. We thought the pizza was not quite as authentic as we have had at other places, but was still very tasty. 4 of us shared a Ricky pizza, the Zuppa seafood for 2 (seafood was a bit overcooked), calamari (cooked great served with cocktail sauce and a yummy roasted red pepper dip), chicken parmigiana with greek salad and penne a la vodka. As you can tell we did over order a bit but the portions were quite large and we had lots of leftovers to take home."

"Must have the calamari and shrimp appetizer. The best I've ever had. Everyone got a fresh salad and the tomatoes were to die for. I got the pasta fagole and it was excellent. Service was tremendous."
