On Friday evening there is a proposal (meat fries, couscous, etc...)The service is quick and friendly. "After a morning shopping in Apt this is a really good place for lunch. Very busy with locals, for obvious reasons.No-nonsense decor and service, just honestly cooked fresh food, mainly fish, at a correct price.When we saw the portions of moules frites (1kg of moules per serving) we asked to share a portion and were thankful that we had. Our request was clearly something of a surprise but was not questioned.The mussels were utterly delicious, if perhaps a wee bit too salty, and we actually left some of the chips.Choice of desserts with artisanal icecream from a local source other choices was excellent.Very local wines, including carafes of the town wine co-op.I have to say we are ashamed that we have never been there in the 30-odd years we have been coming to and living near the town. We'll be back quite soon!"
