"Thanks to Melody's attentive and friendly service our party of two Australians being shown around by two Canadian friends enjoyed a lovely relaxed lunch despite the thunderstorm outside . Delicious Mussels and decent portion size as was Charcuterie platter .Excellent Crabcakes .Nice choice of wines also."

"After 20 years patronising this restaurant regularly- tonight was the last time.After a large bug crawled out of my pasta within minutes of being served to me and in front of the waitress, she laughed and said OH those are always around in the Spring " ... What ??? Instead of taking the offending plate away immediately and asking if I would like something else - she said she would ask the manager to come and left. Manager took about 7- 8 minutes to come over and ask "is everything alright ? I don't know- do you think its alright for a large bug to crawl out of my food and for the waitress to act like that's normal - maybe it is in this restaurant .. I completely lost my appetite and was appalled at how the episode was handled. Clearly, no experience in good customer service in the food industry. We wont be back which is a shame as the options in the area are slim - but Ill drive twice the distance to go to a well run and clean place Tip to the management - if you have a situation like this - go overboard to make it right, don't get defensive and lose valuable clientele for ever"
