"The restaurant sits along the C&D Canal, and has the best view of the canal. The service was exceptional. Waitstaff was very knowledgeable about the menu and were very attentive the whole meal. My wife and I never had to ask for anything. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts and I was not disappointed. They were the most delicious Brussel Sprouts I have ever eaten. My wife wanted to lick the plate when we were finished. The seafood was fresh and delicious. This was by far the best meal I've eaten in a very long time. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would."

"The view was great right on the waterfront! It is a very nice restaurant with a lot of options. We had the Maryland crab soup, and it was amazing. The lobster bisque was very, very salty, but still had a good flavor. The seafood mango avocados stack was something that wasn't horrible it just didn't have a lot of flavor. The avocados were under ripe and distasteful. Our favorite was the crab bruschetta, which was light and tasty. Will be back!"

"What a delightful experience! With my daughter and my beautiful bride, we just really enjoyed ourselves. If you remember the old Smokey Joe's down at the Rod and Reel club, you will really enjoy the 1936. It is like an updated modern version of the old restaurant with more or less the same cuisine, especially the fried chicken. "We came to this beau town to enjoy the scenery and people. We came to this place because it was so cute but I have to say the service was horrific. The bartenders were rude, snippy, unwelcoming and to be honest we felt like we were bothering them. We waited 15 minutes while they ignored us and when we asked for help they were so nasty and rude I felt uncomfortable. We won't come back here again."
