"We had a very nice lunch here while visiting Deauville. We were in the midst of a long day of touring and stopped in Barbara for lunch. We each ordered pizza, which was served promptly and was delicious wood burning stove . Our waiter was friendly...and attentive. Also had a delightful chat with the bartender ? when we walked out. He was having his lunch and was joined by his Australian shepherd Newton. As dog lovers we loved giving Newton attention! Certainly worth a stop for a nice lunch"

"Okay but not exceptional, the highlight here was our waiter, a real character and very much the traditional French waiter but one who could not have been more helpful. The menu is good and daily specials promising, but there are also a good range of dishes for a quick meal. The burger was of good quality, the chips different (but I suspect from a well known manufacturer). You can drink Minuty rose by the glass, which is well worth doing. The setting in Deuaville 's square is good (plenty of bright young things occupying the drink don 't eat terrace outside the restaurant) and a table on the balcony offers the best of 'inside out ' dining. It is a budy place but, all in all, worth a visit for a quick meal."

"We were only one day in Deauville and maybe on a bad moment because all places were really full on that moment but this was over the edge. We had a quick drink ordered at the bar because the waiters were runing around as hell. When I got my drinks (Two waters and a beer) I paid 20€ and was waiting for he change. When it took long I asked the woman at the bar but she waved, it's correct no change? Unbelievable, as a test I ordered a next round at a waiter (It was calmer on that moment) who served us and gave us mOre then 5€ change. I was really upset for this but we stepped outside and tried to forget that such people are still existing. Tourists stay away."
