"I dined at MBD after a 20 years lapse after having relocated away from Oakville. I was very happy to see that MBD is still going strong and still providing good value, which explains its longevity. Commendation to the Morra family. Very good food with very good service, and at sensible prices. I will be back with another group, soon. Ciao."

"Walked in and the place is empty but there was someone ahead of us already waiting to be seated and then a couple walked in after us. We waited a few more minutes to be seated, no idea where all the employees were. The hostess took us to a dirty booth and dropped the menus down and said oh I'll clean that. Firstly yes you will, secondly why are you taking us to a dirty table at an empty restaurant. I refused to sit so we stood there for a good 5 minutes. She disappeared. I saw her walking and talking with another employee, WTF. I caught her eye and she then scrambled to find a cloth. She returns and moves all the crumbs that were on the table to the seats. WTF. That's cleaning. She said oh I got side tracked. By what. Hardly any customers. Ridiculous. The floors were all dirty, she didn't even clean the table well. Honestly we felt like us being there was an inconvenience. You would think if your restaurant is empty on a Saturday night, you have an issue and you would like to keep all customers that walk in happy. We decided this place was a joke and walked out. Never again."

"I've been to this one before, hit and miss. This time I went in for a quick brunch on my way to the gym. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Ashleigh was nice enough to offer me coffee and freshly squeezed oj when I sat down so I took one of each. French toast and bacon were very good and came with a fruit salad. I asked for extra bananas and she chopped a very generous portion for me. She was busy but kept me in stitches the whole time as we were having a conversation on the go. I appreciated both her sense of humour and efficiency. The restaurant was clean and classy looking. I'll be back with a larger group next time."

"I used to love this place. But not any more. Food has no taste, overcooked. Tempura is tasteless, or it s better to say you taste oil instead of vegetables. Ice cream feels like powder. Three years ago there was no room on weekends. Nowadays it is empty. I hope they will review a menu."

"We started our evening with spice’s house made red wine sangria. it was delicious. since this was our first visit to spice, we asked our server to recommend us dishes. she (laughing) has made a fantastic job. we enjoyed various tapas plates, some of which scallops, meat balls, chorizo, short ribs, thunfisch carpaccio. although we were all pleasantly full, we shared a dessert. fried goat cheese bundle of tasty egg."

"I was looking online for restaurants in the area and snug harbor came up and boy am i glad it did. I went to take a look at it before hand in hopes to make a reservation for Saturday at which time i was told that they don't take reservations on the weekends but still i was not discourage about going there and having to wait. This place looks really nice. So, i went back on Saturday with my husband to celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Granted the place was busy and we had to wait but it was so worth the wait, we had an amazing time. The food was great, the place was awesome we sat outside in the patio and it was absolutely awesome and our waitress was unbelievably great. I have been to many restaurants but none quite nice like this one and have had met some great waiters but this girl whose name is Jessica was simply the best waitress i have ever met. She was nice, she was attentive she was very helpful with the menu and very patient with my pickyness. She didn't neglect us nor did she smothered us. Exceptional service. Will definitely be returning for sure hopefully Jessica will be there again."

"Open till late, they take orders till 11:30/11:45. We had an outside seating with comfortable heating options. We ordered Salmon and some drinks. The salmon was really very fresh and the waitress said that they do not have anything frozen. So definitely recommend that to all. Location is great and there's a public parking space nearby too."

"I am a seafood lover and I enjoyed this place. the Free salad is a plus. Casual dining. First was with friends and 2nd time- just my hubby. It is quite messy when eating but that is the fun of it. Food is tasty and it is very filling. Décor was good. This location is better and bigger than the other dundas location. Staff in both location were helpful. I recommend."
