"Great hotel with amazing traditional bar and restaurant. Food is really high quality home cooked food with fabulous service. Rooms are clean and tidy however the building works make the hotel feel a bit grotty. (Maybe could have done this in stages rather than have all the materials for the works in the corridors where customers are walking). Over all a fabulous hotel which will be outstanding once the building has all its windows back in and not boarded up and building work completed"

"We were in Finnegans on New Years Eve, the hospitality and generosity we received was just second to none. We had our two children with us, who wanted steak!! Well they got steak! (it was one of those times I hoped they wanted nuggets and chips)Our bill was more than fair, I couldn’t believe how kindly we were treated, it was old fashioned practically, something you don’t see anywhere any more!! A friendly place to enjoy fantastic food."
