"Although the food was lovely, extensive menu and very attentive staff, my problem was the reluctance to accommodate a specific request with dish choices. I don’t see the problem with swapping a side of rice for chips, both are available on the menu and I would imagine they cost around the same. They refused to do the swap and suggested we order an extra side a crafty tactic to bump up the bill in my opinion!"

"It was a shame that on a Friday night they had run out of the Mussels and the Venison. Meal was very enjoyable, biggest issue was the cost of the wine. A£10 voucher brought our bottle down to £23 but it was still very expensive in our opinion. Rated the food and the service was good, would use again"

"I was very impressed with this restaurant. When we first arrived we were greeted by the waiters and about 30 seconds later we were seated at our table. The food was exquisite, and the service was fantastic. The desserts could be improved. However the drinks that were on the house was a lovely touch, as we had had a 3 course meal and after dinner drinks. Overall, I would definitely recommend it and eat there again."
