"Good food, good service but when the lady handed me the Visa terminal, the only option showing was the tap to pay . Which I did, and after it went through, I asked where the tip option was. She told me I had already added a tip. News to me. But on the receipt, there was her tip! So it appeared to me that she tipped herself on my behalf. She asked if we were tourists (we 're not) so maybe this is something she does occasionally. Seems odd."

"Why must you embarrass me McD? My family and I at least twice a week visit the McD at 1219 Marine Dr, North Vancouver, BC. If not for a meal, we will do a drive through order for soft drinks, coffee etc. On 28 August 2019 I brought some overseas guests to this branch. I bought coffee, sundaes and a muffin. One of my guests was an 82 year old disabled gentleman with incontinence. He needed to visit the washroom. I found the Handicap washroom locked (problem No. 1). I went to the front counter and asked the tall Indian woman manageress for the key. Right in front of the people waiting to order I was questioned: who needs to use that washroom (mistake No. 2)? I explained I had an elderly guest. She asked why he could not use the regular washroom (mistake No. 3)? I said he 's disabled. She asks: I didn 't see you with guests (mistake No. 4). I am upset now. I told her they were seated at the table right in front of her. She sent another Indian girl with the key and asks her to open the door. That girl walks with me and opens the door and waits (mistake No. 5). My guest was slowly walking to the washroom. I asked her why she is waiting? She told me the manager had told her to check who is using the toilet (mistake No. 6). I asked her: are you the toilet police? Your manager just told you to open the door and I did not hear her say you should wait for the old man to get here She insisted that she should wait. I told her to be my guest and wait all she wants. She then buggered off. These people are not fit to run a McDonald 's in Canada. I had to explain to my overseas guests what was the discussion all about. They were shocked that the use of a toilet in Canada required answering questions! This branch has serious management issues and they must be reevaluated. I 've been in this branch many times and I have rarely seen badly behaved guests. I am not sure why these women workers have such bad attitudes!"

"Loved my dinner! It was their special and it was definitely special! The Cod, prawns, and scallops were fresh and excellently prepared in a light curry sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner paired either Oyster Bay sauvignon blanc."
